We work with kids who are stressed out, worried about what others think and
are sick of pretending everything is okay.
Despite being smart, caring and ultimately motivated to succeed, growing up is hard. When clients first reach out, they are often feeling left out of friendships and uninterested in joining an afterschool club. They are feeling pressure from their caregivers to make connections with others, to get off their phones and put energy into something better for them. The idea of traditional talk therapy may be something they aren't ready to buy into--we get it. We don’t think it’s always realistic to expect kids to sit and chat about things that are hard for them right now.
Introducing Exerpsych™: a unique approach to counseling, focusing on the relationship between our mental and physical health. Together we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. You’ll experience firsthand how you are already in possession of one of the most effective strategies you need to be the best version of yourself.
