Sydni O'Connell provides Individual and Group Support for Adolescents through her unique approach called Exerpsych™ to counseling, focusing on the relationship between our mental and physical health. Together we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. You’ll experience firsthand how you are already in possession of one of the most effective strategies you need to be the best version of yourself. Clients are enrolled through their caregivers by reaching out to me personally through email or my contact form.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and submitting an application on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from EXERPSYCH LLC. These messages may include:
Application status updates and follow-ups.
Information about our couseling programs and services.
Scheduling and appointment reminders.
3. How to Cancel SMS Messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
